    G&G Company Goals for 2023

    Good & Gold is a woman/LGBT-owned digital marketing and creative agency based in Portland, Oregon. With our proven recipe of thoughtful analysis and enriching creative collaboration, we elevate our client's vision and efficiently deliver transformative results. We aim to work with businesses that are sustainable, environmentally focused, B-Corps certified and positioned to do good in the world. Good & Gold will help propel these businesses forward while creating our path to "do good & feel golden"!

    GOALS

    Platforms Alignment: Ensure that our platforms create visibility, efficiency, and accountability - Goal     tracking (dept/roles), Visibility (financial, priorities, tasks), Informative (client info, contracts, communication records), Progress (service-based insights)  

    Efficiency & Utilization: Employee empowerment, buy-in, autonomy, and collaboration and allow us to use our people more efficiently. Doing this effectively means a healthier bottom line, improved productivity, and a happier, more purpose-driven team.

    Performance & Reward: Let’s create the tools needed to set goals, track progress, and create milestone rewards for individuals, dept, and companies so we can all have ownership to do our best work and build a team that works together.

    Organization: Let’s develop a new approach and process around the organizational organization. From the drive (documents and folders) to processes, templates, and resources, having a system to help folks find what they are looking for and prevent “recreating the wheel” this project would pay dividends. 

    Social and Environmental Focus: Whether supporting LGBT/Women-owned businesses, environmental/climate change, or just creating a company that puts its people, community, or the environment first, let’s embark on this challenge and work together to make a difference. B-Corp certification is a great way to set goals and build a company that aligns with the certification so we can move more aggressively in this direction of a company with great values and solid work culture.

    • 40% YOY Growth:
      • 2.84% monthly revenue growth
      • 35% gross profit
      • 15% net profit growth
        • Listed on all logical directories
        • Expand services in a thoughtful manner
        • Network and outreach
        • Create a solid outreach approach and an internal nurture system

    Be Experts In Everything We Do (and things we don't do…yet): Understand everything about the platforms we manage, from knowing all tools and features to certifications to the ability to strategize around leveraging different platforms to aid one another to be thought leaders in the areas our team oversees.

    Future Thinkers: Where do we go from here? Let’s encourage and reward future forward-thinking. 

    Expansion + New Territory: Which services need to be rethought or expanded? What opportunity is out there that we can grab or start to test?

    • The world is our oyster with the right people on the boat: We need to create a plan to go after our target clients with a focus on sustainability and environmentalism or are B-Corp certified. Additionally, we must retain top talent and develop/pour into our best folks to create a fantastic and engaged team at G&G.
